As part of its ongoing efforts to establish partnerships and agreements with leading organizations to foster collaboration and integration across various fields, Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tatweer Global Sdn. Bhd. on Wednesday, 24 September 2025. This collaboration marks a significant step towards strengthening the connection between academia and the professional industry. The signing ceremony was chaired on behalf of the university by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ammar Bathich, Acting Vice-Chancellor of Al-Madinah International University, while Mr. Ayid Ali Alshomrani, CEO and Founder of Tatweer Global Sdn. Bhd., represented the company.
Both emphasized the importance of this strategic partnership in driving mutual growth and innovation. The ceremony was graced by the presence of several distinguished figures, including Prof. Dato’ Seri Ir. Dr. Kamal Nasharuddin bin Mustapha, Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Daud Abdul Quadir Elega, Director of International Relations. All attendees expressed optimism about the promising outcomes of this agreement, which aims to enhance innovation, create research and development opportunities, and provide practical training for students, thereby helping to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world application.
