Orientation Day for Malaysian Students (April 2018 Intake)

An orientation day to welcome the new students for the April 2018 intake was held on Monday, 16 April 2018. The new students enrolled for the university’s program mostly in Foundation in Arabic Languages and Islamic Studies, Bachelor of Languages (Hons) in Arabic Language & Literature and Bachelor of Islamic Sciences.

The orientation program is collaborated under the Students Services Division namely Mr. Abdoulaye Mahamat Zakariya, Mr. Hani Mohammed Naji Al Duais, Mrs. Atiqah Shakirah binti Shauki along with Mr. Mohd Shahrin Ab Rahman, Head of Marketing as well as the MEDIU’s Malaysia Students Association (PERMAM). An opening speech and motivational talk by MEDIU’s Deputy CEO of Research and Development Division, Prof. Dr. Hj. Wan Sulaiman Bin Wan Yusoff in welcoming the new students by giving a welcome remarks and encouraging words to the students.

The orientation session continues with briefing session among others on student portal, Advanced Learning & i-Management system (ALIM), examination and records, credit transfer and  financial assistance to the new students.
