MEDIU’s Achievement First Quarter of 2014 and Announcement of Best Staff of the Month

MEDIU organized a gathering to present on achievements during the 1^st Quarter 2014 on Friday, 11 April 2014. The gathering was presented to all MEDIU’s employees with presence of MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammed Khalifa Al-Tamimi accompanied by the University’s management. MEDIU’s CEO stressed up how the teamwork plays an importance role to success. He also asks them to commit seriously towards in achieving the objectives. To motivate the staff to perform, the CEO has expressed his proud to his staff that dedicated and strived in ensuring all the objectives achieved.

The University managed to achieve 81.3% for the first quarter of 2014. While the percentage of late objectives is 3.9%, suspended 3.9% and carry forward is 5.3% and dropped cases is 5.6%. In order to increase working spirit and appreciate the effort of the staff, MEDIU’s CEO has rewarded the best staff who has achieved their targets and accomplished their tasks from as well as raising the level of quality and efficiency.

The honored Best Employee of the Month is:

1. Nurul Ashikin Abdul Latiff from Registrar Office Division (January)
2. Abdilahi Liban from Research and Development Division (February)
3. Rafa Sufian Abdel Hafiz Al-Ahmad from Administrative Affairs Division (March)

All the winners were given the certificates of appreciation from the management of the university along with cash prizes. The awards are based on several evaluations from their daily reports, performance and their punctuality with good attendance and observe their performance according to the responsibility as well as their commitment to their job
