Community Service: Distribution Waqf Al-Quran, Surau Khalid Al Walid, Shah Alam  

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) has held its Waqf Al-Quran program under university community service activity in achieving the agenda for enlighten the mosques and surau in Klang Valley areas. The program was held on Saturday, 7 May 2016 at Surau Khalid Al-Walid, Section 9, Shah Alam. Surau Khalid Al Walid is located in the premise of Selangor Police Headquarters, where as an amount of 50 holy Quran were distributed to the surau with its being authorized by the Research Division of the University of Al-Azhar, The Islamic Affairs and Endowments of Saudi Arabia were delivered by MEDIU’s representatives.

The contribution of the Quran was led by Prof. Dr. Hj. Wan Sulaiman Bin Wan Yusoff, Deputy CEO of Student Affairs Division and Prof. Ir. Dr. Wan Mahmood Wan Ab. Majid, Dean Faculty of Engineering in the presence MEDIU’s representatives namely Ust. Jamaluddin Hussain, Mr. Ahmad Zakaria Ahmad Faizul, Mr. Mohd Shahrin Ab Rahman and others.
