Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) has got through the classification results of according to the Australian Classification of Universities and International Institutes (4ICUs) for the first half of 2016; with the results of 3rd place in the category of private Malaysian universities, 12th in the Malaysian universities in general and place 2,555th place for worldwide universities.
The Australian Classification of Universities and International Institutes(4ICUs) is a world ranking classification as the University’s websites is measured by the recognition or accreditation received from international organizations and institutions. The classification is being acknowledged for every six months period; and the data is updated for all the universities and colleges that participates; with a total of 11,606 universities and colleges from 200 countries are categorized according to the recognition of its website.
The classification is based on three independent and objective measures at web, derived from three research engines:
- Google page ranking
- Alexa traffic ranking
- MEDIU website classification for other external sites (Majestic SEO)
