MEDIU’s 71st  Executive Management Council (EMC) Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired its 71^st EMC meeting for 2014 on Friday, 19 December 2014. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.

The EMC has agreed and approved on the matter as follow:

• To form a coordination committee of Deputy CEO of Students Affairs, Academic Affairs and Manager, Administrative Affairs for the implementation of MEDIU’s Student Dress Code.
• To approve on the establishment of Suggestions & Complaint Box through the Student Portal and access by the SRC representative.
• To assign the Students Affairs Division to establish a graduation ceremony and designing the graduation robes.
• To appoint ‘ Burhan AbdulMaheed Al-Merdas’ as Admin Officer, Training & Continuing Centre under the Research and Development Division.
• To appoint ‘Samir Ali Omar Bamansoor’ as PA to Deputy CEO, Student Affairs Division.
• To appoint ‘Sami Omar Alabsi’ as Office Manager, CEO Office.
• To appoint ‘Mario Kabbour’ as Admin Offcier, Academic in Development Department under the Research and Development Division.
