MEDIU’s 46th Academic Senate Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 46^th Academic Senate Meeting for the year 2014 on Thursday, 25 September 2014. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO from all respective departments and academic deans. Throughout the session, various agenda on academic areas were being addressed and discoursed amongst the senate members.

Among the discussions that have been agreed and approved by the senate members are as follows:

• To award the student [PQD121AV624] majoring PhD in Qada’ and Siyasah Shar’iyyah (By Research)
• To award the student [MAL131AX166)] majoring Master in Arabic Literature and Literary Criticism (Structure B) with CGPA:3.82
• To approve the final results of 7 on-campus graduate students for the  Foundation program in June 2014.
• To promote ‘Dr. Mansour Mohammed Yousef’ to Assoc.Prof according to his google scholar publication.
• To approve the final results of bachelor students for the Faculty of Engineering in Semester April 2014.
• To approve on the recommendation by Deanship of University Development & Quality for the students evaluation results for Feb 2014 intake.
