TURNITIN Training Program

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) held a TURNITIN Training Program on Tuesday, 19 August 2014. A total of twenty-four(24) participants from the University’s faculty members and lecturers participated in the training program which allows them to understand the benefit of TURNITIN to the university.

The program was organised by MEDIU Training & Continuing Education Center under the supervision of MEDIU’s Deputy CEO of Research and Development Division; Assoc. Prof. Dr. AB Rahim Ismail. The training was led by the Mr. Mazlan bin Abdullatif; from APEX Knowledge Sdn.Bhd.

The training course equipped the participants on the fundamentals and overview of TURNITIN; an internet-based education tool plagiarism prevention that allows educators to check for the authenticity of the students’ work, thus reflects a positive image of education and academic process as a whole.
