MEDIU’s 39th Academic Senate Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 39^th Academic Senate Meeting for the year 2014 on Monday, 18 August 2014. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO from all respective departments and academic deans. Throughout the session, various agenda on academic areas were being addressed and discoursed among the senate members.

Among the discussions that have been agreed and approved by the senate members are as follows:

• To promote ‘Asst.Prof.Dr.Waleed Ali Etantawy’ to Assoc.Prof according to his google scholar publication.
• To award the student [MAL113AS624] majoring Master in Arabic Literature and Literary Criticism (Structure B) with CGPA:3.43
• To enroll applicant [ADC14BH534] with additional requirement in Master in Qada and Siyasah Shar’iyyah (Structure B)-Online
• To enroll applicant [ADC14BH535] with additional requirement in Master in Qada and Siyasah Shar’iyyah (Structure B)-Online
• To approve the appeal results of students in Faculty of Islamic Sciences for the semester Feb 2014.
• To approve the appeal results of students in Faculty of Languages for the semester Feb 2014.
• To approve the appeal results of students in Faculty of Finance and Administrative Sciences for the semester Feb 2014.
• To approve the appeal results of students in Faculty of Computer and Information Technology for the semester Feb 2014.
• To approve the student result [BDW103AF771]due to technical problem according to Board of Examination (BOE)
