The Faculty of Computer and Information Technology recently held a one day workshop session on ‘Interface Design Using Java’ 4th Level on Sunday, 26 March 2017. The workshop was presented by Faculty’s Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Wael Mohamed Shaher Yafooz assisted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Mamoun Mohamad Jamous.
The Faculty of Computer and Information Technology seeks to establish a number of practical and scientific workshops for the students in the undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs, in order to provide the students with the skills of programming and research, thus facilitating the educational process of the students. The students were trained to design visual interfaces using Java models and applications which covered the areas as follows:
- Dealing with calculations
- Design calculator
- Dealing with models
- Design of user interfaces MDI and SDI
- Dealing with variables and sending data between models.
- Dealing with the use of passwords.
