The Faculty of Computer and Information Technology recently held a one day workshop session on ‘Interface Design Using Java’ 3rd Level on Saturday, 18 March 2017. The workshop was presented by Faculty’s Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Wael Mohamed Shaher Yafooz assisted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Mamoun Mohamad Jamous.
The Faculty of Computer and Information Technology seeks to establish a number of practical and scientific workshops for the students in the undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs, in order to provide the students with the skills of programming and research, thus facilitating the educational process of the students.
The workshop aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate students to develop their software skills and to provide the students with the accurate ways to solve any software problems, including theoretical and practical aspects. The students were trained on-hands to design visual interfaces using Java models and its applications such as the usage of NetBeans, an integrated development applications for writing and developing programs for Java.
