Voting session of the President SRC 2014

Dear All Respected Students,

The Election Committee Members of Students Representative Members (SRC) is inviting you for the voting session of the President SRC 2014 of Al-Madinah International University.

 

Election Details:

Venue: Students Lounge, Level 14

Date: Friday 12/04/2014

Time: 9:00am – 12:00pm

 

Your participation and voting are important and valuable, to select who deserved your utmost trust to represent the students.

For your information, the Election Committee has prior announced on the SRC nominees; thus the Election Committee has decided to elect the President of SRC by the students but must be nominated by the members themselves. There are three (3) SRC nominees who have been nominated to be elected by the students, kindly choose one of them.

 

Voting Procedures:

1-    Choose one (1) out of three (3) nominees.

2-    Bring your student card for the voting process.

3-    Verify your details with the Faculty representative to get the voting card.

4-    Voting must be done at the specific place and vote for your preference.

5-    Fold half the voting card and insert into the ballot box.

 

Results Announcements:

The results will be announced immediately after the voting session finished.
