Visit to Qatar Embassy, Kuala Lumpur

MEDIU’s Honorable CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi visited The Honorable Qatar’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary; Mr. Issa bin Mohammed Al Mannai in Kuala Lumpur recently. MEDIU’s CEO was welcomed by the Honorable Ambassador and was pleased with the presence of MEDIU’s representatives. The official purpose of the visit was to deliver an invitation letter to Qatar Embassy to discuss on relevant way that can benefit both parties.

The visit was accompanied by General Manager of Al-Madinah International Foundation(MIF), Mr. Baharuddin Ab.Rahman. University’s profile with the activities that have been conducted, its academic programs and teaching methods as well as the technical regulations to facilitate the learning process were presented during the meeting. His Honorable Ambassador; Issa bin Mohammed Al Mannai states that the discussion with MEDIU was an introduction in cooperation of pursuing Qatar students furthering their education in MEDIU.

MEDIU is a private education sector recognized by Malaysia Ministry of Education and supported by several Gulf Arab countries and the Muslim world. The institutions are also listed in the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), The European Foundation for Quality in E-Learning (EFQUEL) and the Global Association of the University Company Unions under the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
