Visit to International Islamic College(IIC)

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) visited International Islamic College, Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, 3 September 2014. The visit is intended as a courtesy and discussions to strengthen cooperation between MEDIU and IIC especially in the administration and academic. MEDIU delegation headed by Prof. Ir. Dr. Wan Mahmood Wan Ab. Majid; MEDIU’s Council Member cum Dean, Faculty of Engineering  was welcomed by Dr. Badri Najib Zubir Deputy CEO of Administration, Dr. Sany Izan Ihsan Deputy CEO of Academic, Puan Nor Akma Farizan Yunus, Manager of Academic Affairs, and Mr. Nazrul Akmar Alias ​​Manager, Corporate Communications and Marketing.

Dr. Sany Izan Ihsan expressed his appreciation to MEDIU for the visit as a step to strengthen ongoing cooperation towards building development in the higher education sector and admiration with MEDIU’s online system  which enables combine learning opportunities for all people around the world and have a competitive line with scientifically based development. Prof. Ir. Dr. Wan Mahmood states that the visit is merely to exchange experiences and strengthen cooperation, especially in the administration and academic as well as to inform on the practical training opportunities provided by MEDIU to students of the International Islamic College as well as opportunity to further their studies.

International Islamic College(IIC) IIC is a wholly owned subsidiary of International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), was founded in 2000 and is registered as a Private Higher Education Institutions. The college offers 3 courses for the degree program, 11 courses for Diploma, Certification and Pre Degree while the number of students have reached nearly 4000, mostly in the field of Islamic Studies.
