Official Visit to Dar Al Uloom University (DAU), Riyadh

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) had an official visit to Dar Al Uloom University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Sunday, 30 October 2016. The visit was led by MEDIU’s Honorable CEO, Prof. Dr. Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Tamimi and accompanied by accompanied Mr.Saad Al Hussein, External Relations Advisor, with the aim to strengthen ties between MEDIU and international islamic educational institution.

Honorable CEO was welcomed by DAU Rector, Prof. Abdullah S. Al-Mudimigh in the presence of Dr. Khaled Naser S. Alshuwairekh; Dean, College of Business Administration and Mr. Mohammad Mohalhal AlRadeni, Manager of Public Relations and Media.The objective of the visit is to identify the university unique educational activities, and to seek benefit from its expertise in the field of technology employ to ensure the quality of the education process.

During the visit, CEO highlight on the university history and academic achievements especially in the academic programs recognition by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency, with the current total of 72 academic programs has received full accreditation status out of 108 programs offered by the university. At the end of the visit, university’s corporate book was presented as token of appreciation by MEDIU’s Honorable CEO and expressed his pleasure for the visit, and hope to collaborates in the academic and scientific areas between the two universities.

Dar Al Uloom University (DAU) (http://dau.edu.sa/en/) is a private university in Saudi Arabia in 2009. DAU offers a wide range of programs for Saudi and international students which the programs are accredited by the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education.

DAU programs have been designed in collaboration with King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) employing the international standards in compliance with the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education and the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA), as well as the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
