Visit to Chief Registrar of Private Institution’s office

Al-Madinah International University(MEDIU) hosted an official visit to the Chief Registrar of Private Institution’s Office in Putrajaya on Wednesday, 13 April 2016. The official delegation visit was headed by MEDIU’s Honorable CEO, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi accompanied by Deputy CEO of Academic Affairs Division, Assoc. Prof.  Dr Hj. Wan Mat Hj Sulaiman, Manager of Administrative Affairs Division; Mr.Fuad Ahmad Umar Al As along with Madam Nurul Ashikin Abdul Latiff.; Registrar Office representative. MEDIU delegates was welcomed by the Honorable Chief Registrar, Dato’ Prof. Dr.Asma Ismail accompanied by Mr.Rusli bin Harun, Director of Registration and Standards Department with the objectives to strengthen potential cooperation with the Department of Higher Education.

The visit sets as a platform to inform on Al-Madinah International University present progress on its development and academic programs as well as to facilitate and assist the University’s management in various aspects of education areas namely on the extension approval of international students, university’s dual mode status, renewal of accredited programs and so forth.

During the session, MEDIU’s took the opportunities to exchange opinions and guidance from MOE to ensure MEDIU are pacing forward in line with the Ministry’s vision to elevate educational institutions globally. Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi had the opportunity to meet with the Minister of Higher Education and expressed his gratitude for the ministry’s continuous supports to the university.
