Visit to Centre For Research and Instrumentation (CRIM), UKM

 

 

MEDIU’s Research and Development Division visited the Centre For Research and Instrumentation (CRIM) in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia(UKM) on Tuesday evening, 4 March 2014. The visit was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr AB Rahim Ismail; MEDIU’s Deputy CEO of Research and Development Division and accompanied by university’s officials namely Assoc. Prof Dr Doukoure Massire;Dean of Post Graduate Studies, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sekou Toure; Dean of Scientific Research, Mr.Abdilahi Liban; Head of Development and Management Training and Mr.Jamaluddin Hussain; Head of Public Relations.

 

MEDIU’s delegates were welcomed and the session chaired by the Director of CRIM; Prof. Dr. Muhammad Fauzi Mohd. Zain and attended by CRIM’s officials i.e. Head of Research Statistics; Dr. Rosmanira Wan Ismail and Chief Instrumentation (Cum Deputy Director-Infrastructure & Instrumentation); Mr. Ramli Abdullah.

 

The objective of the visit are to seek for any prospective collaboration through a memorandum session between MEDIU-CRIM in the areas of research and development; to discuss related issues on the funding sources for scientific research findings as well as matters pertaining to the post graduate studies and exchanging of scientific resources between the two universities.
