CEO visit to Council of Saudi Chambers in Riyadh

MEDIU’s Honorable CEO, Prof. Dr. Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Tamimi had the opportunity to visit the office of the Council of Saudi Chambers in Riyadh on Wednesday, 2 November 2016. CEO was accompanied by Mr. Saad Al Hussein, External Relations Advisor, in line with the objectives of the International city University-based partnerships with the relevant authorities and build bridges of cooperation between different institutions and personalities of leadership around the world.

The aim of the Council is to serve the common interests of the Saudi Chambers, support the development of the private sector and enhance its role in the national development. The Council managed, through the support of the Chambers and relevant government authorities, to realize a large portion of its objectives in different fields.

During the discussion, Prof. Dr. Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Tamimi highlight on the university history, academic developments and achievements especially in the academic programs recognition by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency, with the current total of 72 academic programs has received full accreditation status out of 108 programs offered by the university. At the end of the session, university’s corporate book which was released in September 2016 was presented as token of appreciation.
