Visit to the Center for Graduate Studies(CGC), USIM

Al-Madinah International University(MEDIU) visited the Center for Graduate Studies of Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) on Friday, 30 January 2015. The delegation visit was headed by MEDIU’s Deputy CEO of Academic Affairs Division, Assoc.Prof. Dr Hj. Wan Mat Hj Sulaiman accompanied by the respective division deans.

The visit aims to discuss ways to develop relations and to strengthen potential cooperation between the two universities and merely to exchange experiences to the needs of the university’s. MEDIU’s delegates was welcomed by the Dean of CGC, Prof. Dato’ Dr Muhamad Muda along with the respective center officials.

During the session, various agenda were discussed between the two parties namely on the management of postgraduates namely the research programs, student services, rules and practices in producing future graduates expertise in the areas of Islamic knowledge.

The visit was attended by Assoc. Prof.Dr. Ashraff Hasan Mohammad; Deanship of Postgraduate Studies, Asst.Prof.Dr.Usman Jakfar; Dean Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Assoc. Prof.Dr.Daud Abdul Quadir; Dean Faculty of Languages and Mr. Doucoure Abdou Samadou; Deputy Dean of Postgraduate Studies.
