TURNITIN 2nd Training Program

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) held a TURNITIN Training Program on Thursday, 9 October 2014. The program was attended by the faculty members and lecturers which allows them to understand the benefit of TURNITIN to the university to avoid plagiarism in the research studies.

The program was organised by MEDIU Training & Continuing Education Center under the supervision of MEDIU’s Deputy CEO of Research and Development Division; Assoc. Prof. Dr. AB Rahim Ismail. The training was led by the Mr. Mazlan bin Abdullatif; from APEX Knowledge Sdn.Bhd.

The training course equipped the participants on the fundamentals and overview of TURNITIN; an internet-based education tool plagiarism prevention that allows educators to check for the authenticity of the students’ work, thus reflects a positive image of education and academic process as a whole.
