Training: ‘Fundamentals of Project Management’

MEDIU Training and Continuing Education Center recently held a training course on “Fundamentals of Project Management” on Thursday, 20 April 2017. The training session lasted for three hours with the participation of university’s staff and students.

The course program was delivered by an external trainer, Mr. Mukhtar Al-Shankaiti with various topics presented among others; Introduction to Project Management, Facts and Statistics, Schools and Trends, Project Management Guide (PMBOK), Project Management Framework, Project Definition and Requirements, Project Lifecycle and Project Management Processes.
