Training: Advance Presentation Skills

Al-Madinah International University(MEDIU) held a training program on ‘Advance Presentation Skills’ on Thursday, 21 January 2016. The training program was led by Mr.Abdulkarem Mohammed Al-Rawdhi, Director of MEDIU Center for Training and Continuing Education and a certified professional trainer with the Arab Board for Consultancy and Training and Human Development, Sanaa.

Among the areas that were covered in the training session are:

• Knowledge of the benefits of speech and communication.
• Apply guidelines for building self-confidence.
• Knowledge of the diversity and importance of the public the basics of public analysis and application.
• Knowledge of the principles of non-verbal communication and discrimination methods of dumping.
• To distinguish between the elements of voice dumping.
• To distinguish between the physical elements of dumping.
• Knowledge of how to organize the board of dumping and applied.
• Knowledge of how to regulate the introduction and conclusion.
• Knowledge and application of persuasion strategies.

The  presenter explained the significance of effective presentation skills in order to gain excellent interaction between the presenter and the audience. Through proper diction and art of speech as well as good communication skills able to increase efficiency and productivity thus raising the performance of the presentation.
