Training: Academic Portal and WizIQ Program

Al-Madinah International University(MEDIU) held a training program on Academic Portal and WizIQ Program on Wednesday, 26 October 2016. The training program was organised by Deanship of University Development and Quality (DEUQ) under the supervision of MEDIU’s Deputy CEO of Research and Development Division; Assoc. Prof. Dr. AB Rahim Ismail for the university’s faculty members.

The trainer of the session were Mr. Zainul Azhan Ahmad Bashir, Chief Technology Officer and assisted by Mr. Jafar Batiha, Head of Academic Administrative Department with the objectives to strengthen the IT skills of the faculty members to hold meetings online through the distance education system. The two hours session equipped the participants in learning new tools, techniques and skills in a variety of technical areas.

Deanship of University Development and Quality (DEUQ) has organized various training sessions and courses for the year 2016, especially for academic staff in various areas of interest to apply their new skills and knowledge in practical situations. Thus, assist the university’s staff to prosper and develop their careers and skills and build competitive advantage.
