SRC 2015/2016 Election

Dear All SRC Candidates,

Heartiest Congratulations on your nomination as the NEW Student Representative Council Committee!

The Election Date as follows :

• Submission of Campaign material     21.09.2015 until 25.09.2015 (5 working days)
• Campaign Period                                   28.09.2015 until 04.10.2015 (2 weeks)
• On-line Voting Period                           05.10.2015 until 09.10.2015 (5 working days)

Note

1. Please submit your campaign material (video/poster/write-up/manifestos) latest by 25.09.2015 for verification purpose to upload in MEDIU’s official website and Facebook.
2. Voting will be on-line through ‘Student Portal’ for all undergraduate on-campus & on-line students only.
3. Your campaign should cater both on-campus and on-line students
4. You may use your own creativity to grab their attention.
5. Combination of multiple languages are preferably in Arabic, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Video duration is advisable to be 3 – 5 mins; representing your personal details, agenda and your manifestos (Why students should vote you?)
7. Poster is advised to be in A4 size.
8. The Dean of Student Affairs and or the Election committee reserve the right to reject any unsuitable campaign material.

Reminder: Any late submission of campaign material will be rejected, if received later than 25.09.2015
