MEDIU recently launched a training project in modern teaching skills for teachers of Arabic language to non-native speakers on 26-27 July 2016. The two days session was chaired by the Director, Centre of Languages; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Daud Quadir Elega with various topics namely on the curriculum objectives and decisions, classroom e-management strategies, the modern methods and applications in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers as well as the extra curricular educational activities.
The training aims to develop the recruited teachers recruited with exceptional skills for the project and to contribute on the development of the educational experience in educating them on the modern methods of teaching Arabic as a second language.
Lastly, the participants expressed their appreciation to the Center of Languages for such opportunity to participate in the valuable session to be abreast of the latest development era and modern techniques of teaching Arabic language.
