MEDIU’s future collaboration with The Ministry of Islamic Affairs-Republic of Maldives

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs in the Republic of Maldives headed by His Honorable Minister, Dr. Mohammed Shaheem Ali Said states that the future cooperation with Al-Madinah International University(MEDIU) will covers the mechanism in the development of relations in cultural, scientific and research between the University’s and educational institutions in the Republic of Maldives particularly for the Faculty of Islamic Sciences programs for College of Islamic Studies.

MEDIU’s Honorable CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammed Khalifa Al-Tamimi recently had a chance to meet with the delegation from the Republic of Maldives in May during their visit to University’s headquarters in Shah Alam, Selangor where MEDIU’s CEO briefed on the latest technology and academic achievements of the University’s, its staff and students diversity of culture around the world as well as recognition of academic programs from Malaysia Qualifications Agency(MQA) and the Ministry of Education.

Dr. Mohammed Shaheem Ali Said feels the need to strengthen ties and cooperation with MEDIU due to the university’s outstanding achievement locally and internationally. The future collaboration between the two parties will involve on the cooperation in the development of digital library services for the College of Islamic Sciences, staff and student exchange program as well as the establishment in the development of research and innovation center.

MEDIU’s Honorable CEO expressed their readiness to cooperate with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs of The Republic of Maldives to foster cooperation between the two parties in the field of science and culture in the future.
