MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 20th Academic Senate Meeting for the year 2014 on Friday, 18 April 2014. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO from all respective departments and academic deans. Throughout the session, various agenda on academic areas were being addressed and discoursed amongst the senate members.
Among the discussions that have been agreed and approved by the senate members are as follows:
- To award student [PFQ123AX934] majoring PhD in Fiqh (Structure A)
- To award student [PFS111AJ142] majoring PhD in Fiqh Al-Sunnah (Structure A)
- To award student [MAQ111AM097] majoring Master in Aqidah (Structure B) with CGPA:3.88
- To award student [MAQ111AM996] majoring Master in Aqidah (Structure B) with CGPA:3.27
- To award student [MFQ123AU148] majoring Master in Fiqh (Structure B) with CGPA:3.62
- To award student [MAR113AI733] majoring Master in Arabic Language (Structure B) with CGPA:3.43
- To enrol student [ADC14BG378] majoring PhD of Education without other requirements as the student possess the required requirements.
- To enrol the following students [ADC14BG342], [ADM14BG329] and [ADC14BG313] with additional requirement in PhD in Qada’ and Siyasah Shar’iyyah
- To enrol the following students [ADC14BG381], [ADC14BG571], [ADC14BG805] and [ADC14BG296] with additional requirement in Master in Qada’ and Siyasah Shar’iyyah (Structure C)
- To enrol the following student [ADM14BF712] with additional requirement in Master in Da’wah (Structure B)
