MEDIU’s 16th Academic Senate Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 16^th Academic Senate Meeting for the year 2014 on Thursday, 20 March 2014. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO from all respective departments and academic deans. Throughout the session, various agenda on academic areas were being addressed and discoursed amongst the senate members.

Among the discussions that have been agreed and approved by the senate members are as follows:

• To award student [MFQ123AS453] majoring Master in Fiqh (Structure B)
• To award student [MFQ113AO575] majoring Master in Fiqh (Structure A)
• To award student [MAL111AM209] majoring Master in Arabic Literature and Literary Criticism(Structure B)
• To award student [MDW103AG942] majoring Master in Da’wah (Structure B) with CGPA:3.83
• To award student [PFQ111AL424] majoring PhD in Fiqh (Structure A)
• To promote staff [Asst. Prof. Dr. Ramadan Mohamed Abdelmoeti Ali] to ‘Assoc.Prof’
•  To promote staff [Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdulnasir Khuder Melad] to ‘Assoc.Prof’
