MEDIU Students Leisure Trip to Melaka

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) Deanship of Student Affairs organized a day trip to the historical city of Melaka on Thursday, 17 August 2017. Melaka is located on the Western Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The state of Malacca is between the states of Negeri Sembilan and Johor, just half an hour’s drive from Kuala Lumpur. The trip was led by the Student Activities Department personnel, Brother Hani Mohammed Naji Al Duais and Brother Syed Mahbubul Alam Al-Hasani.

The fieldtrip has attracted nearly 20 students of the university to gain more exposure on the historical city attraction as well as to get together with other students exploring the various fascinations namely; A’Famosa Resort and Melaka Heritage Town, A’Famosa Fort, Stadthuys Building, Mini Malaysia Cultural Park, Melaka Zoo, Melaka River Cruise, Maritime Museum, Riverside Defense Canons, Jonker Walk (Chinatown), St. Paul Hills and Taming Sari Tower.
