MEDIU ranked 5th place among private universities / Source: Australian Classification of Universities and International Institutes (4ICUs)

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) has got through the classification results of according to the Australian Classification of Universities and International Institutes (4ICUs) for the second half of 2016; with the results of 5th place in the category of private Malaysian universities, 8th place in the Malaysian universities in general and place 3,371th place for worldwide universities.

The Australian Classification of Universities and International Institutes(4ICUs) is a world ranking classification as the University’s websites is measured by the recognition or accreditation received from international organizations and institutions. The classification is being acknowledged for every six months period; and the data is updated for all the universities and colleges that participates; with a total of 11,241 universities and colleges from 200 countries are categorized according to the recognition of its website.

The classification is based on three independent and objective measures at web, derived from three research engines:

  • Google page ranking
  • Alexa traffic ranking
  • MEDIU website classification for other external sites (Majestic SEO)
