MEDIU participates in Malaysia Higher Education Carnival 2016

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) participated in Malaysia Higher Education Carnival ‘Jom Masuk U’ 2016 (Let’s Enroll University Carnival) which was held recently at Stadium Darul Aman, Alor Setar in Kedah on 30-31 January 2016. The first Zone of ‘Jom Masuk U’ 2016 carnival was officiated by Dato’ Seri Idris bin Jusoh; Minister of Education II. The education carnival was organized by the Ministry of Education and the tagline ‘Jom Masuk U’ is used to motivate the school leavers to obtain accurate and timely information on various educational opportunities in Malaysia.

Through the 2 days events, MEDIU were represented by marketing officers; Mr.Aymen Ayub Ibrahim, Mr. Azzam Ehsan Abduljalil Abdulrazzaq and Mrs. Faridah Baharun. They have taken the opportunity as a platform to market MEDIU’s academic programs to the prospective students in person as well as to create awareness to the public on the admission and registration requirements. The exhibition help school leavers in the northern states of Malaysia, namely Kedah, Northern Perak, Perlis and Pulau Pinang to obtain more information on MEDIU and able to communicate directly with the University’s officers if they are keen and interested to know the programs offer by the University.

The education exhibition is aimed at promoting and disseminating information on opportunities for higher education especially for the high school leavers holding the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Malaysian Higher School Certificate (STPM) or equivalent. School leavers and potential students are encouraged to bring their latest results to seek advices from the representatives upfront.

• 13-14 February 2016    – UNISZA, Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu (Zone 2)
• 2-3 April 2016              – UKM, Bangi, Selangor (Zone 6)
