Al-Madinah International University organized a group iftar in collaboration with the Embassy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Malaysia on Monday, 23 February 2026, at the University’s headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. The event was attended by university staff and students, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere that reflected the values of brotherhood and solidarity embodied during the blessed month of Ramadan. The iftar was held as part of the University’s efforts to strengthen social bonds among its members and to reinforce the values of cooperation and harmony within the academic community.
During the event, Asst. Prof. TS. Dr. Ammar Bathich, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Al-Madinah International University, delivered a speech expressing his sincere appreciation to the Embassy for its support and collaboration in organizing this meaningful initiative. He emphasized the importance of such programs in fostering a sense of belonging and promoting Islamic values within the academic environment. The evening concluded with the Maghrib prayer performed in congregation at the University’s Praying hall, in a spiritually serene scene reflecting unity and togetherness among attendees.
