To liven up the process of education and dissemination of knowledge throughout the world and also to achieve the mission and goals of diversity of information to get in touch with students around the world, MEDIU have taken steps to launch “Live Help: Online Communication Application” for web users in the official university’s website which is available in Arabic, English, Malay and French language version.
Live Help created to provide opportunities for web users either in Malaysia or abroad to communicate directly with the university’s representative for any questions or clarification on any university’s information in general, admission and registration matters, student recruitments, academic courses and programs offered.
Web users needs to register their name and e-mail address before using the Live Help application to inquire on any request or questions directly to the university’s representatives. MEDIU’s social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter has also become a channel to the web users to communicate directly to the university.
