MEDIU participated in the 2nd International Conference on Women Affairs at Al-Azhar University,Egypt

Al-Madinah International University(MEDIU) participated in the 2nd International Conference on Women Affairs, organized by the Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies of Al-Azhar University, Cairo in Egypt on 18-19 October 2016. MEDIU was represented by Assoc. Prof.Dr. Dr. Haji Wan Mat Haji Sulaiman, Deputy CEO of Academic Affairs Division. The conference focuses on the theme “Women and The March of Enlightenment Evolution: Reality and Aspirations” was under the auspices Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Ahmed el-Tayeb.

The conference attracted a large number of scholars and researchers from more than 21 countries around the world, which aims to provide a platform for the participants to emphasize on the roles of women’s development in all areas, thus to generate innovative and creative intellectual woman as well as the role of media in creating awareness to the community off women in today’s world.
