MEDIU 6th University Council Meeting in Madinah Al-Munawwarah

Al-Madinah International University(MEDIU) 6^th University Council Meeting was held in Madinah Al-Munawwarah, Saudi Arabia on Sunday, 27 June 2014. The meeting was chaired by His chaired by His Serene Highness Prince Dr. Bandar bin Salman bin Muhammad Al-Saud; MEDIU’s Council Chairman as well as University Council delegation namely The Honorable Dr. Abdul Bari Awwadh Al-Thobaiti, The Honorable Dr. Abdul Mohsin Abdullah Al-Mohaisin, The Honorable Dr. Yahya Ibrahim A. AlYahya, MEDIU’s Honorable CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Bin Khalifa Al-Tamimi, The Honorable Prof.Datuk Syed Omar Syed Mohamad Al-Saggaf and The Honorable Dr. Ashraf bin Md. Hashim.

The council members have been taken a number of decisions during the meeting, including the renewal appointment of Deputy CEO’s of in the field of Research and Development, Academic Affairs and Student Affairs Division. The approval of the University’s financial report  for the year 2012 as well as the appointed Auditors of the University ‘Abu Bakar Rajuddin & Partners’  and the appointment of Prof. Ir. Dr. Wan Mahmood Wan Ab. Majid as a member of the committee was also being discussed in the meeting. Nevertheless, MEDIU’s present achievements and progresses were presented during the short period of time as well as the expectations and goals of the university in the future.
