Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) attended the ceremony of the newly building launched of IQRAA Institute for Learning Arabic in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, 30 January 2016. MEDIU’s delegates were led by Honorable CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi, Faculty of Languages representatives namely Assoc. Prof.Dr Daud Abdul Quadir Elega, Asst. Prof. Dr. Elsayed Mohamed Salem and Asst. Prof. Dr. Flayyih Mudhhi Ahmed along with Head of Corporate Services; Mr.Abduloh Usof and Head of Public Relations, Mr.Jamaluddin Hussain. Among others present during the ceremony were H.E Mr.Fahad Abdullah Al-Rashid, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and representatives from various middle east embassies.
IQRAA Institute for Learning Arabic aimed to promote Arabic languages through a variety of activities and presentations that emphasised on the importance of Arabic language in a conducive learning environment under the supervision of the Saudi Arabia Embassy in Malaysia. During the ceremony, MEDIU also had the opportunity to signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IQRAA Institute for Learning Arabic and expressed his gladness of the signing session which comes within the framework of cooperation between the university and other institution as well as to exchange views in the experience of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers in providing excellent higher education services in the global level.
