Iftar: MEDIU’s students with Ambassador of State of Kuwait

Recently, MEDIU’s students were given an opportunity for an Iftar session with The Ambassador of State of Kuwait, His Excellency Mr. Saad Abdullah Al-Asousi on Friday, 4 July 2014. The session was held in Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) in collaboration with the Embassy of State of Kuwait, Kuala Lumpur. His Excellency was welcomed by Mr.Fuad Ahmad Umar Al’As, Manager of Administrative Affairs Division and Students Affairs representative, Mr. Yousef Abdullah.

MEDIU is currently on its semester break and some of the students did not return to their hometown. Thus, the session gives the students opportunities to face the blessed month of Ramadhan with the aim to serve and delight the hearts of the students and foster a close and loving relationship without having their loved ones by their side. The session is part of MEDIU-Kuwait Embassy community service program to hold Iftar session for the students throughout the holy month of Ramadhan.
