Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) employees was given an opportunity for an Iftar session with the Religious Attaché, Embassy of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) on Tuesday, 12 June 2018. The session was held in the university premise under the patronage of the Religious Attaché, Embassy of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al Harfi. The program was part the framework of the seasonal programs offered by KSA Government under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Excellency King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz to various education institutions and associations in Malaysia.
The iftar and terawih prayers was led by the honourable guest, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Hamdan Al-Shammari in the presence of MEDIU’s CEO, Prof. Emeritus Dr. Ismawi Zen; Deputy CEO (Academic Affairs Division), Prof. Dr. Ab Rahim Ismail; Deputy CEO (R&D Division); Prof. Dr. Hj Wan Sulaiman Wan Yusoff, management team, faculties deans and lecturers. CEO expressed his gratitude and praised the efforts by the Religious Attaché Embassy Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, pointing out that this generous gesture is to enhance the spirit of togetherness and relationship between the two parties.
