Al-Madinah International University(MEDIU) received an honored guest, Honorable Prof.Salim bin Ali al-Qahtani; Executive Director of Hamad bin Abdulrahman Al Hussaini Foundation in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, 11 November 2014. The honored guest was welcomed by MEDIU’s Honorable CEO, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi in his office and expressed his delight for the visit, which comes within the framework of cooperation between the university and international charity organization.
The honored guest expressed his gladness of visiting MEDIU to view closely on the modern technology in support to the e-learning process. Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi briefed on the support that can be given to the students in the course of their education through several aspects such as selection of students via the enroll program or faculty, sponsorship on new students registration, sponsors students to complete a certain course, or even through full scholarship. He also states that the academic program runs by MEDIU are fully recognized and accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). At the end of the visit, the honored guest expressed his admiration on the level the University’s has reached in support of the learning process as well as its significant contribution towards the development of the knowledgeable society more broadly.
Hamad bin Abdulrahman Al Hussaini Foundation is a charitable organization based in Saudi Arabia. The non-profit organization works to support and promote the charity in the field of education in particular, in accordance with themain objective to establish a strategic partnership to deepen and encourage cooperation and exchange of experience with leading educational bodies.
