MEDIU’s Alumni continues to produce graduates who are competent to serve the community, with the academic quality is monitored by The Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) which provides guidelines and monitoring to ensure MEDIU’s meet the highest standards in education and are internationally recognized. Until now, the university’s graduates consists of 1755 graduates from 65 nationalities, which can be classified as follows:

- Bachelor (1060)
- Diploma and Foundation (18)
According to the statistics above show, it shows that the graduates places of origin with Indonesia with 15%, followed by citizens of Nigeria of 12%, students from Egypt and Saudi Arabia were 7%, Yemen 6%, Malaysia, Somalia and Thailand 5% and followed by other ratio for other countries. There is diversity of citizenship in MEDIU generally emphasizes that the success of universities to attract non-local students is an important asset for higher education in Malaysia and to promote diversity of citizenship in the process of developing innovative learning in the field of education.
