Excel Skills Training Program

MEDIU’s Deanship of Quality and University Development held ‘Excel Skills Training Program’ to faculty members and administrative officers on Thursday, 5 June 2014. The program was co-organized with Administrative Development and Training Department, Research and Development Division.

The speaker of the session is Mr.Wesan Hassan Awadd; Vice Dean of Admission and Registration in which he stated that the training program is designed to meet the needs of the faculty members and administrative officers on the importance of excel skills which can assist in the process of their workflow in the academic process as a whole.

Recently, the Admission and Registration Department recently held a week training session on Campus Management System(CMS) from 19-23 May 2014. Among the topics that were delivered are the roles and scope of work in the Customer Service, Marketing. Exam and Records Department, the usage of CMS and CRM system as well as on the usage of WhosOn Live Chat system and the role of student portal.
