Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) received students delegation from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri(MAN) Insan Cendekia, Tapanuli Selatan, Indonesia (https://www.facebook.com/manictapanuliselatan/) on Wednesday,28 November 2018. The delegation of students was as led by their lecturers Mr. Syaiful Rahmat Panggabean with the objective of the educational trip enables the students to gain more information on university’s development, academic programmes available as well as to gain exposure on the Arabic learning environment in the university.
The delegates was welcomed by MEDIU’s representative namely Deputy CEO of Student Affairs, Research and Innovation, Alumni; Prof. Dr. Hj. Wan Sulaiman Bin Wan Yusoff, Director, al-Madinah Centre for Islamic Studies; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usman Jakfar, Faculty of Languages (FOL) lecturers led by the Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdulwasiu Isiaq Nasirudeen along with the along with respective faculty members namely Assoc. Prof. Dr. Flayyih Mudhhi Ahmed, Dr. Koussoube Issa, Dr. Abduloh Usof and Prof. Dr. Daud Abdul Quadir Elega; Dean Centre of Preparatory Studies & Languages (CPSL). MEDIU’s representative enlightened the delegates on MEDIU’s academic programs, learning methods and others in order to provide a source of inspiration for the students.
