Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) received an honored guests from The Royal Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Malaysia on Tuesday, 9 December 2014. The delegation was led by Dr.Abdul Malik M.S Fadeel; Political and Islamic Affairs Officer and Dr.Mansour H.A Al-Qahtani; Cultural Affairs Officer. The honored guests was welcomed by MEDIU’s Honorable CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi along with MEDIU’s Deputy CEO of Academic Affairs; Asst Prof Dr Hj. Wan Mat Hj Sulaiman, Deputy CEO of Research and Development; Assoc. Prof. Dr. AB Rahim Ismail and Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussein Ali Omar Al-Zomi; lecturer from the Faculty of Islamic Sciences.
MEDIU’s Honorable CEO expressed his gratitude to the honored guest for their visit to MEDIU and keenness to view the University’s at a closer perspective. An overview of the University’s genesis was briefly delivered to the honored guests, enlightening that the University’s ideas being an non-profit organization based on the future aspiration in using modern technology methods completely in its educational tools, programs and systems. A visual explanation on the programs offered and the technical application systems used by MEDIU were presented by Mr. Assad Mohamed Moindze to the honored guests
The honored guest expressed his gladness of visiting MEDIU and expressed his admiration on the level the University’s has reached in enhancing the usage of modern technology to improve the educational process in the field of distance learning. At the end of the visit, a token of appreciation were given to the honored guest and was later followed by an office tour around MEDIU’s academic and administrative facilities. Dr.Abdul Malik Mohammad expressed his privileged of visiting MEDIU by stating in the guest book, “I am delighted and honored to be able to see and hear from yourself on this glorious day on MEDIU’s spectacular aspect of modern learning methods using advanced technology. I pray and wish MEDIU progress to the highest level of evolution.”
