The delegation of academic members in Nigeria visited Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) on Wednesday, 16 April 2014. The visit was led by Dr. Bilal Bin Sirajuddin Al Asra’a, Head of Inayatullah International Academy and Dr. Abdul Hameed, Head of Language Department, Al Hikmah University Ilorin in Nigeria. The honored guest was welcomed by MEDIU’s Honorable CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi with the presence of the Dean, Faculty of Languages; Assoc. Prof.Dr Daud Abdul Quadir Elega.
MEDIU’s CEO welcomed the honored guest presence in the framework of cooperation between the universities and other Nigerian educational bodies as well as private university. During the visit, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa stated that the orientation of the University’s education system is in the adoption of the latest technology as well as pioneer in e-learning method in the pursuit of modern global educational system. An introductory presentation on the University’s, its current progress as well as the e-learning methods were presented to the delegation by Assoc. Prof.Dr Daud Abdul Quadir Elega and later followed by an office tour around MEDIU’s academic and administrative facilities.
Lastly, the honored guest expressed their admiration towards MEDIU’s commitment to provide utmost care and services towards the students and the advanced level MEDIU had reached and fascinate with the convenient of the technology that has been used to deliver knowledge and information to the Muslim students all around the world.
