Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) has held its Waqf Al-Quran program under university community service activity in achieving the agenda for enlighten the mosques and surau in Klang Valley areas. The program was held on Thursday, 9 June 2016 at Surau Nahdhatul Islam, Section 3 in Shah Alam. An amount of 50 holy Quran were distributed to the surau with its being authorized by the Research Division of the University of Al-Azhar, The Islamic Affairs and Endowments of Saudi Arabia were delivered by MEDIU’s representatives.
The contribution of the Quran was led by Prof. Ir. Dr. Wan Mahmood Wan Ab. Majid, Dean Faculty of Engineering in the presence MEDIU’s representatives namely Ust. Jamaluddin Hussain, Mr. Al-Harath Abdulaziz Mohammed Ateik, Mr. Ahmad Zakaria Ahmad Faizul, Mr. Azzam Ehsan Abduljalil Abdulrazzaq, Asst. Prof. Dr. Doucoure Abdou Samadou and Asst. Prof. Dr. Omran A A Musleh.
