MEDIU participates in Bangladesh Cricket League Competition

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) led by the Student Affairs Division participated in the Bangladesh Cricket League Competition on 16-17 September 2017 in University Selangor (UNISEL) Stadium in Kampus Bestari Jaya, Selangor. The competition was organized by the Bangladeshi Student Union Malaysia (BSUM) with nearly 15 teams’ participation from public and private higher institutions.

MEDIU team ‘Rising Star’ managed in the 4^thplace out of 15 teams and were qualified for the semifinal round, competing with University Putra Malaysia (UPM) Asia Pacific University (APU).  ‘Rising Star’ was led by Mr. Syed Mahbubul as the Team Manager, Mahin Mustafiz (Captain) and Jubayed (Vice-Captain) with players namely H. Rana, Shohan, Atik, Annaf, Jubayer, Faruk, Monir, Hasan Kabir and Hasan Nur and reserved players; Shahajul, Najmul, Shuvo and Jobayer.
