9/2017 Academic Senate Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 9^th Academic Senate Meeting on Thursday, 16 March 2017. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO from all respective departments and academic deans. Throughout the session, various agenda on academic areas were being addressed and discoursed amongst the senate members

Among the discussions that have been agreed and approved by the senate members are as follows:

• To approve on the termination of 2 students of Faculty of Finance and Administrative Sciences (Bachelor) for Sept 2016.
• To approve on the termination of 1 student of Faculty of Computer and IT (Bachelor) for Sept 2016.
• To approve on the graduation of 2 students of Faculty of Finance and Administrative Sciences (Bachelor) for Sept 2016.
• To approve on the graduation of 2 students of Faculty of Computer and IT (Bachelor) for Sept 2016.
• To approve on the graduation of 1 student of Faculty of Islamic Sciences (Bachelor) for Sept 2016.
• To approve on the MPU Subjects Distribution for Bachelor students (Sept 2016)
• To approve the applicant [ADM17CB234] majoring Master of Education-Curriculum and Instruction (By Research) through Open Entry requirement.
• To approve the applicant [ADM17CB599] majoring Master in Da’wah (By Research) through Open Entry requirement.
• To approve the applicant [ADM17CB580] majoring Master of Education (Educational Foundations) through Open Entry requirement.
