MEDIU’s Marketing Department recently conducts a ‘Marketing Coaching’ for the students who wish to become an Introducer. The initiative of the program is to ensure the student gains knowledge on the accurate ways to approach potential student as well as sharing session on marketing tools in students recruitment.
The two days program was held recently on 12-13 January 2017, focusing on the students recruitment of February 2017 intake, with exchange of knowledge and ideas in approaching potential students. The coaching session was led by Head of Marketing Department, Mr. Mohd Shahrin Ab Rahman and assisted by Marketing representatives namely Mr. Azzam Ehsan Abduljalil Abdulrazzaq, Mr. Aymen Ayub Ibrahim, Mrs. Faridah Baharun and Miss Nor Hanim Binti Khalil.
The aim of the session is to motivate and encourage the student to introduce potential students to enrol to the university. The University has started the ‘Student Bring Student Program’ since 2014 and has been well received with1,582 students enrolled with 1,316 students are still active. The introducer will received an incentive award with enables them to pay for their tuition fees.
