Training: Leadership Skills for the Effective Supervision

Al-Madinah International University(MEDIU) held a training program on ‘Leadership Skills for the Effective Supervision on 25-29 November 2016. The session was a collaboration of Mediu Centre for Training and Continuing Education and Elnajim Eltagib Training Center of Sudan held in Metro Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

The session was chaired by Mr. Abdulkarem Mohammed Al-Rawdhi, Director of the Mediu Centre for Training and Continuing Education with nearly 26 participants with the training addressed on areas namely on building personal leadership skills, effective supervision, effective delegation skills, creativity administration, change management and such.
