U1 Building Launching Ceremony

His Serene Highness Prince Dr. Bandar bin Salman bin Mohammed Alsaud, University Chairman and Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has consented to officiate the launching ceremony of university’s new building located in Section U1, Shah Alam on Saturday, 12 March 2016. Among others present were University’s council members delegation namely The Honorable Dr. Abdul Bari Awwadh Al-Thobaiti, The Honorable Dr. Yahya Ibrahim A. Al Yahya, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Bin Khalifa Al-Tamimi and Prof.Datuk The Honorable Syed Omar Syed Mohamad Al-Saggaf.

The launching ceremony was attended by the presence of His Excellency the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Malaysia; Mr. Fahed bin Abdullah Al-Rasheed, Honorable Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Malaysia; Dr. Anwar Al-Agha, Saudi Cultural Attaché in Kuala Lumpur; Prof. Dr. Zayed bin jeer Harthy and Administrative Attaché of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates to Malaysia, Mr. Hamid Mohammed Abdullah Al-Tamimi.

The delegation, led by Prince Dr. Bandar made an office tour to view the 14-storey building facilities which can accommodate nearly 4000 students at a time including the library, lecture halls and classrooms, multi-purpose auditorium, meeting rooms, computer labs and office workspace. CEO feels it is a great honor for Prince Dr.Bandar to celebrate the opening of the new building of the university at the same time reflects his determination and strong support to the development of the university administration.
